In the last decade, creating a good user experience has become a standard requirement in most digital projects. Development teams hear from clients, customers or management that they need to include UX in their products. Yet, even if UX as a discipline has matured, it still remains a fuzzy concept for a majority of people, making it difficult to implement it successfully. In this session, we will debunk misconceptions and answer practical questions about UX: what is it, how does it look like, who should do it and why. And we will see what developers can do concretely to integrate UX into their daily work.
