Getting to the venue

By international train (or TGV/HST)

Train to Brussels south (Bruxelles-Midi/Zuid), Transfer to Leuven station (multiple trains per hour).

Bus to Brussels (North or South)
Switch to Train to Leuven station (17 min).

By plane

Fly to Brussels (not Charleroi or Brussels South!). Take the Train there for 17 minutes to Leuven station. See https://www.brusselsairlines.com/be/en/homepage

If you do choose to fly to Charleroi (Brussels South), it will be a 2 hour train ride to Leuven or rent a car & drive for approximately an hour. See https://www.ryanair.com/

By Bus

Take "Bus 2" at Leuven station, get off at "Heverlee Celestijnenlaan", one of the 2 busstops near the entrance to te campus.

On campus there are many bike parking spaces.
There are several bicycle highways to Leuven (Belgium is quite bike friendly).

By Car

E40 > E314 > exit Leuven (N264) > Turn into Celestijnenlaan > Domein Arenberg III > follow arrows on campus to Parking Kapeldreef, near the entrance to the campus.
